At Welsera, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, torn, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Reporting a Damaged Product
To request a replacement or refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your request must include:
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
Requests submitted without sufficient photo or video evidence may not be eligible for approval.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review the provided evidence.
If the product is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer either:
- A replacement product at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method (where applicable).
The decision will be based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- No clear photos or unboxing video are provided.
- The issue is due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
- The customer ordered the wrong product or changed their mind after purchase.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
